    • One of the main points for the analysis will be the issue of providing equipment to lifeguards and diving groups. Practice shows a number of problems in providing emergency services in Ukraine. Over time, this issue is partially resolved and in comparison with other developed countries, Ukraine is far behind. Reviews of the previous regime in the country left behind problems, equipment and transport, which is long overdue, and without access to new technologies had to adapt to available resources. The country's development and aspirations for the European level have had a positive impact. Big changes have already been made, but still ahead. One cannot fail to mention Poland's positive influence on the rescue service in Ukraine. Poland has become a shining example of the formation of a strong structure of the rescue service, exemplary equipment, which has repeatedly, according to international projects, been sent to Ukraine to help implement the professional level of the rescue service. This area of cooperation gives excellent results and helps to improve skills. The main problem to consider is personnel and technical resources of the water rescue team and divers must be prepared during the works on Lake Svityaz. Items to be considered: - preliminary training of personnel for work; - preliminary preparation of equipment and transport for work; - the sequence of actions when receiving a notification of an emergency; - preparation for emergency response. The aim of the work is to explore the possibilities of organizing a diving rescue team and determining the list of equipment, preliminary exercises and conditions for organizing activities in the area of Lake Svityaz. The main points of the study that will be given the most attention are a number of issues: - identification of formal and material conditions of personal resources for the creation of a water rescue group and a diving group; - determining the scope of operation of equipment and training of the rescue team on the water and diving group; - obtaining conclusions on threats and opportunities to counteract adverse events; - instructions on the possibility of organizing a rescue team on the water and a diving group when performing actions on purpose on Lake Svityaz.
